- IQC Solicitiaon NSN 5820-01-492-4349, Receiver, Transmitter. Item is solicited as Unrestricted. There is only one approved source: Motorola Solutions (78205) P/N H66QDC9PW5 N/Q575/Q393/H842. Inspection/Acceptance at Destination. FOB Origin. Required delivery is 43 days ARO. FAR Part 13.5 applies. This is a commercial item. Solicitation will result in an Indefinite Quantity Contract (IQC) with a 1-year base plus 4 option years. Pricing will be evaluated on the Estimated Annual Demand (EAD) quantity of 300 each for the base and each option year. The Guaranteed Minimum quantity is 75 each for the base year only. The maximum Annual Contract Quantity is 300 each for the base and each option year. The minimum and maximum ordering quantities will be the same for the base year and all four option years. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. Solicitation issue date is May 5, 2014. The date is subject to change. A copy of the solicitation will be available via the DLA Internet Bid Board System (DIBBS) Homepage (https://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil), select 'Request for Proposal (RFP)' under the Solicitations heading.
