- Wage determination 2005-2117 (Rev 14) dated 19 Jun 13. PWS for hood and duct cleaning. Combined synopsis solictiation - word doc. Combined Synopsis/Solicitation This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial service prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation number FA2521-14-T-0002 shall be used to reference any written quote provided under this request for quote. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-72. This is a total set-aside for small businesses. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this project is 561790, Other Services to Buildings and Dwellings, with a size standard of $7M. The contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, tools and all other items necessary to clean and maintain all hood & duct systems in real property facilities in accordance with all local, state, and federal laws located at Patrick Air Force Base (PAFB). All instructions/requirements are listed in the attached Performance Work Statement (PWS). The contractor shall clean all hood and duct systems at the frequencies indicated in Appendix 5.1 of the PWS in accordance with (IAW) the National Fire Protection Agency (NFPA) Standards 17, 96, manufacturer's instructions, and applicable local, state, and federal rules and procedures. All work will be accomplished IAW all OSHA, ANSI, local, state and federal regulations. The wages for this quoation shall be based on the attached U.S. Department of Labor, Employment Standards Administration Wage and Hour Division under the Service Contract Act (SCA) Wage Determination 2005-2117 (revision no. 14) dated 19 Jun 13. Period of Performance: The total anticipated performance period is for five years (base year for a period of 1 Jun 14 - 30 Sep 14 plus four option periods).
