- Revise Programming Logic Control on Kohler Generators The contract number is FA8601-14-P-0154, the NAICS Code is 811310. The government intends to solicit and negotiate with one source under the authority of FAR 13.106-1(b)(2) and FAR 6.302-1(a)(2)(ii). The proposed sole source is Buckeye Power Systems, INC. The purchase is for the revision of the Programming Logic Control on 2 Kohler generators. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive quotations; however, any quotation received within two (2) days of the issuance of this notice will be considered by the government. A determination by the government not to compete this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the government. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. Only inquiries/information received by this date will be considered.
