Description

THIS IS A SOURCES SOUGHT NOTICE ONLY. THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL. The NCO 19, Rocky Mountain Acquisition Center, 4100 E. Mississippi Ave, Suite 900, Glendale CO is performing market research to determine sources and capability concerning laboratory services as per attached statement of work. Overview: Department of Veterans Affairs, Veterans Integrated Service Network 19 intends to establish Blanket Purchase Agreements (BPAs) for medical laboratory testing and analysis services. Locations include but not limited to Colorado, Wyoming and Montana. All interested firms who can provide information concerning the attached are encouraged to respond in writing with information describing their interest and capability statement with socioeconomic status. Please send to Robert Pitre, Contract Specialist, at robert.pitre@va.gov no later than 4:00 p.m. (Mountain Time), May 8, 2014. NAICS Code 621511 is applicable to this information request; the size standard is $30.0 million. A reminder in accordance with FAR 4.12, prospective contractors shall complete electronic annual representations and certifications in conjunction with FAR 4.11 required registration in the Systems for Award Management (SAM) database prior to award of a contract. VA will not be paying for any information submitted.
