- 1. The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) intends to solicit quotations for Respirator Fit Testing Services for the VA Pittsburgh Healthcare System, Pittsburgh, PA. A Statement of Work will be included in the solicitation. The Request for Quotations number is VA244-14-Q-0814. 2. The solicitation will result in the award of a single contract. The resulting contract will be a firm fixed- contract. The applicable NAICS code is 541620, Environmental Consulting Services, and the small business size standard is $14 Million. This procurement is anticipated for 100% Small Business Set-Aside. 3. The intended contract period is one (5) months from the award date of the order. 4. Telephonic requests for the solicitation will not be honored. When issued, the solicitation will be available via the FedBizOpps website, http://www.fbo.gov/. The tentative solicitation issue date is 5 May 2014, and the anticipated closing date is 9 May 2014. Interested offerors are advised to consult the actual solicitation for final dates and times. 5.
