Description

SF 18 Solicitation N00421-14-T-0290 is issued as an intent to sole source. The Government intends to purchase on a firm fixed-price basis, and to solicit and negotiate the proposed purchase order on a sole source basis to Zodiac Data Systems for Airborne Modular Data Recorder accessories, under the authority implemented by Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 13.106-1(b). Zodiac has the proprietary rights on engineering data, design, and product documentations to the instrumentation currently used by the Aircraft Instrumentation Division on multiple Test and Evaluation aircraft programs to record multiplexed data during flight testing. Offerors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) database prior to submission of an offer to be considered for award of any DoD contract. This may be accomplished electronically at http://www.sam.gov All other information is in the attached RFQ. All quotes/responses may be submitted via email to Olive Rogers at olive.rogers@navy.mil no later than 08:00 AM, Eastern 12-May-2014.
