- This is a non-personnel services contract to provide one each new or like new Construction Work Trailer with an for use by Government Personnel at the downstream end of the Fort Peck Spillway for a period of approximately sixteen months. The Government shall not exercise any supervision or control over the contract service providers performing the services herein. Such contract service providers shall be accountable solely to the Contractor who, in turn is responsible to the Government. All work performed by Contractor Personnel shall be performed in accordance with the applicable portions of the Corps of Engineer's Safety Manual, EM 385-1-1. This manual is available on the internet. All items furnished by the Contractor shall meet the requirements of EM 385-1-1 and all applicable local, state and federal laws.
