Description
Solicitation for NSN 1680-01-523-8109 / PR 0052679158, Meggitt (New Hampshire) Inc part number 805-0013, Bell Helicopter Textron Inc part number 430-340-004-101, Chip Detector, Aircraft. Specifications, plans or drawings relating to the procurement described are not available and cannot be furnished by the Government. DLA Aviation does not currently have an approved technical data package for this item, please do not submit requests. Configuration Control applies. The only approved sources for this item are Meggitt (New Hampshire) Inc (CAGE 58880) and Bell Helicopter Textron Inc (CAGE 97499). This solicitation will result in a firm fixed-price contract for 232 each. The required delivery schedule is 77 days ARO, FOB origin, inspection and acceptance at origin. PPIRS applies; the final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. All responsible sources may submit an offer that will be considered. This solicitation includes provision 52.215-9023, Reverse Auction. Since a Reverse Auction may be conducted, offerors are encouraged to access the ProcureX system to self-register and review the available training tools at: dla.procurexinc.com to learn more about how to participate in an auction. Offerors who do not self-register will be loaded at the time of auction by DLA. A copy of the solicitation will be available via the DLA Internet Bid Board System (DIBBS) at https://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil/ on the issue date cited in the RFQ. From the DIBBS homepage, select "Requests for Quote (RFQ)" under the Solicitations heading.
