This Sources Sought notice is for information and planning purposes only. This is NOT a request for quotation and in no way obligates the Government to award any contract/purchase order. A contract may not be awarded as a result of this notice. The Regional Contracting Office-MCIWEST, MCB, Camp Pendleton, CA is performing market research to determine if there are small businesses that can provide maintenance for existing A/V equipment in accordance with the draft Statement of Work and equipment list. Responses to this notice should include company name, address, telephone number, NAICS code, point of contact, business size and additional information that will help the Government understand the capability of your company to perform the required services. In addition, please address the following: 1) GSA contract number and schedule information if this requirement can be performed under a GSA contract. 2) Past performance or experience in work similar to this requirement. 3) Identification of any skills, certificates or licenses. 4) As this is a draft SOW, please address any concerns that you find in the document that should be clarified by the Government prior to the issuance of a solicitation. Contractors interested should provide the documentation by email. Responses must be submitted NLT COB 05 May 2014.
