- Hazwoper 40-Hour Outline 2014 Statement of Work Hazwoper 8-Hour Outline 2014 Request for Statement of Capability The purpose of issuing this Statement of Capabilities (SOC) under SP4706-14-SOC-HAZWOPER-DCSOE is to identify potential contractors and assess their capability to provide Hazardous Waste Operations and Emergency Response Standard (HAZWOPER) Training. The contractor needs to possess licenses and be a certified HAZWOPER that can provide the training for certification. A total number of 121 personnel will require this training. These services include 40-Hour Hazardous Waste Technician Training and 8-Hour First Responder Operations Training. The Statement of Work entitled: "Hazardous Waste Operations and Emergency Response Standard (HAZWOPER) Training DLA Energy Okinawa" is provided for information and reference in order to facilitate the ability to respond to the SOC response areas detailed below (see attached SOW) 1. Provide a brief narrative discussing your capability to provide 40-Hour Hazardous Waste Technician Training for approximately 56 personnel. The 40-Hour Hazardous Waste Technician Training needs to be provide in English and Japanese, as detailed on the attached course outline. All course books and materials will be provided by contractor. The 56 personnel breakdown as follows: 40-Hour HAZWOPER English 16 students 40-Hour HAZWOPER Japanese 40 students All course books and materials will be provided by contractor. Course will not exceed the 40-hour timeframe. 2. Provide a brief narrative discussing your capability to provide 8-Hour First Responder Operations Training for approximately 65 personnel. The 8-Hour First Responder Operations Training needs to be provide in English and Japanese, as detailed on the attached course outline. The 65 personnel breakdown as follows: 8-Hour HAZWOPER English 7 students 8-Hour HAZWOPER Japanese 58 students All course books and materials will be provided by contractor. Course will not exceed the 8-hour timeframe. 3. Provide responses to the SOC response area detailed above based on the following required formatting: a. Four pages or less for each question b. Times New Roman 12 Point Type c. White space and conventional paragraphing are required for readability 4.. This requirement will be awarded using World Area Workflow (WAWF). The award vendor shall submit their invoice(s) via Wide Area Workflow (WAWF).
