- Solicitation SPE4A6-14-R-158 / 0052583154 / NSN 5845-01-433-3387, Beacon, Sonar. Acopy of the drawings are not available from DLA Aviation. DLA Aviation intends to award a Firm-Fixed Price contract. No quantity option. This is a non-critical item. This requirement is unrestricted under the negotiated method of procurement. This item is sole source to Dukane Seacom (cage: 94970), Part Number: DK 120. This is an Export Control Requirement. Shelf Life of 72 months. This solicitation is being issued under the First Destination Transportation (FDT) Program. For the FDT program transportation requirements, see DLAD clauses 52.247-9059, FOB Origin, Government Arranged Transportation and 52.247-9058, First Destination (FDT) Program - Shipments Originating Outside the Contiguous United States (OCONUS). Additional information about FDT can be found on the FDT websited ( http://www.dla.mil/FDTPI/ ). A copy of the solicitation will be available via the DLA BSM Internet Bid BOard System (DIBBS) at https://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil on the issue date cited in tthe Request for Proposal (RFP).
