- The Mission & Installation Command Contracting Center (MICC) intends to award on a sole-sourced basis a contract to John Newcombe's Tennis Ranch in New Braunfels, TX for JROTC Cadet Leadership Challenge (JCLC) training for 130 JROTC cadets 16-20 June 2014. The vendor must be able to provide lodging, training facilities and meals. Market research has demonstrated John Newcombe's Tennis Ranch is the single facility able to meet the government's requirement for the required dates. THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR QUOTE (RFQ) AND NO SOLICITATION IS AVAILABLE. NO PHONE CALLS WILL BE ACCEPTED. Notwithstanding, any vendor who believes it is capable of meeting the MICC's requirement as stated herein may submit a response, which will be considered only if received by 2 May 2014 by 2pm EST. Responses to this posting must be in writing and submitted to tiffany.a.moody.civ@mail.mil by 2pm local time, Fort Knox, Kentucky (EST) on 2 May 2014. A determination not to compete the proposed order based upon the responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the government. Please note that any prospective offeror must be registered in the System for Award Management database at www.sam.gov prior to award in accordance with FAR part 4.11.
