- The Department of Veterans Affairs VA Medical Center 619 S. Marion Ave, Lake City, FL will be soliciting for Software Upgrade. A request for quote will be issued on or about April 24, 2014. The Government intends to award a firm-fixed price contract in accordance with all terms, conditions, provisions, and specifications of the solicitation. The applicable NAICS Code is 511210 for Software Upgrade. This solicitation is an set-aside for SDVOSB's. To be eligible for award, contractors must be registered in the System for Award Management www.sam.gov and verified in VetBiz. The solicitation cited above can only be obtained by accessing a secure website known as the FedBizOpps; which is a secure website designed to safeguard sensitive but unclassified (SBU) acquisition information. The electronic solicitation VA248-14-Q-0952 may be downloaded on http://wwwfedbizopps.gov. Potential offerors will be responsible for downloading the solicitation and monitoring the website for amendment(s), if any to the solicitation. All questions must be submitted in writing to the following email address shirley.courtney@va.gov by May 5, 2014.
