- The General Services Administration Public Building Service has a requirement for a fair annual rent appraisal as per attached statement of work and contractor instructions for the following federally owned property: Dick Cheney Federa; Building 100 E B Street Casper Wyoming 82601 Rentable SF: 115,924 Structured Parking: 80 spaces Surface Parking: 83 spaces Type of rates needed: General Use Office, Structured Parking, Surface Parking Appraisals due 45 calendar days after award. See attached documents for assignment specifics. Appraisers must have at minimum a Certified General Real Estate Appraiser License. The appraiser must have, or have the ability to acquire via recriprocity, a Certified General Real Estate Appraisal license in the State of Wyoming. Offerors must be registered in sam.gov (formerly ccr.gov) Specific building information available upon request.
