Description

North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code 332994, Small Arms, Ordnance, and Ordnance Accessories Manufacturing. The U.S. Army Contracting Command - Rock Island (ACC-RI) is seeking interested sources from both small and large business for the proposed procurement of HAWK Inert Warhead Cases Part Number 13385473 REV B. For this procurement, the Government will be utilizing a Request for Proposal (RFP) for a stand-alone firm-fixed-price for 405 Each. This market survey is for information and planning purposes only, does not constitute a RFP and is not to be construed as a commitment by the Government. Any information provided by industry to the Government as a result of this sources sought is voluntary. The Government will not pay for any information submitted in response to this sources sought. Acknowledgement of receipt will not be issued, nor will respondents be notified of the results of the evaluation of the data received. Responses are required by 2:00 PM Central Time on Wednesday 14 May 2014. Technical drawings will be provided, upon request, to assist respondents in developing their capability statements. Potential respondents are advised that this requirement contains technical data as defined by 22 CFR Section 120.10 and bears a Distribution D distribution statement. A certified DD Form 2345, Militarily Critical Data Agreement, or your certification number must be furnished with your request for the drawing.
