Description

The Department of Veterans Affairs, Bay Pines VA Medical Center, St Petersburg FL intends to procure services for the removal of existing flooring, floor prep and install new flooring, cove base, transitions and the cleanup of the area after the work is complete. The services to be provided by the contractor under this agreement shall consist of furnishing all necessary parts, labor, and transportation to provide services for the equipment listed above. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; offers are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This is to issued a Request for Proposal (RFP).
