Description

PR #N6328514SU23234 This is a notice of intent of the Naval Criminal Investigative Service (NCIS) to negotiate a sole source contract with the San Diego County Sheriff Department, 9621 Ridgehaven CT San Diego, CA 92123-1636 in accordance with FAR 6.302-1 only one source. San Diego County Sheriff Department is the only known source within the San Diego, CA area that has the required technical capability of providing 800 MHZ Network System for police radios. This requirement will result in a Firm-Fixed price contract to San Diego County Sheriff Department for the period of performance May 01, 2014 to October 31, 2014. This requirement has a North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) of 334220. Interested parties have three (3) Calendar Day or April 18-2014 at 3:00PM EST to respond. Responses should be submitted in writing, to the identified point of contact, with clear and convincing evidence of their capability to provide the required service. All inquiries must be submitted in writing to Chrystal Pierce, Purchasing Agent. Responses to this notice must be received by April 25, 2014 at 3:00PM EST. Responses must include your business name, point of contact, address, and telephone number with area code. If no responses are received, an award will be made to San Diego County Sheriff Department.
