Description
U.S. GOVERNMENT 5RI0028 General Services Administration (GSA) currently occupies office and related space in a building under lease in East Providence, RI and is evaluating an option period: State: RI City: East Providence Delineated Area: East: Runnins River (RI/MA line North: Rt 6 (Highland Ave) West: Boyd Ave continuing on Amaral St. South: Hemingway Drive due east to Runnins River (RI/MA line) Minimum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 10,896 Maximum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 11,222 Space Type: Office and storage Parking Spaces (Total): 0 Parking Spaces (Surface): 0 Parking Spaces (Structured): 0 Parking Spaces (Reserved): 0 Full Term: 0 years Firm Term: 0 years Option Term: 5 Years Additional Requirements: N/A Offered space must meet Government requirements for fire safety, accessibility, seismic and sustainability standards per the terms of the Lease. A fully serviced lease is required. Offered space shall not be in the 100 year flood plain. In making this determination, the Government will consider, among other things, the availability of alternate space that potentially can satisfy the Government's requirements, as well as the costs likely to be incurred through relocating, such as physical move costs, replication of tenant improvements and telecommunications infrastructure, and non-productive agency down-time. The Government's decision regarding whether to relocate will be based, in part, on information received in response to this advertisement.
