- U.S. GOVERNMENT 5RI0028 General Services Administration (GSA) currently occupies office and related space in a building under lease in East Providence, RI and is evaluating an option period: State: RI City: East Providence Delineated Area: East: Runnins River (RI/MA line North: Rt 6 (Highland Ave) West: Boyd Ave continuing on Amaral St. South: Hemingway Drive due east to Runnins River (RI/MA line) Minimum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 10,896 Maximum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 11,222 Space Type: Office and storage Parking Spaces (Total): 0 Parking Spaces (Surface): 0 Parking Spaces (Structured): 0 Parking Spaces (Reserved): 0 Full Term: 0 years Firm Term: 0 years Option Term: 5 Years Additional Requirements: N/A Offered space must meet Government requirements for fire safety, accessibility, seismic and sustainability standards per the terms of the Lease. A fully serviced lease is required. Offered space shall not be in the 100 year flood plain.
