Application Tourniquet SOW This is a notice looking for sources if interested in the attached please forward your qualification statement/ estmaited cost on the attached Development Of a Prototype of a Rapid Apllication Pneumatic Tourniquet. The NAICS code for this action is 541712. Contractors doing business with the Acqusition Office must be registered with the Systems For Award Management (SAM).
