Description

Brand name justification for Supply Chain Guru Offerors shall complete this RFQ Information Sheet when submitting a quote. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This acquisition will be processed under Simplified Acquisition Procedures (SAP). The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 511210 and the small business size is $35.5M. Provisions and clauses included are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-51, dated 1 April 2011. See attached RFQ Information Sheet for a list of provisions and clauses applicable to this requirement. This solicitation is being issued subject to the availability of funds. In accordance with FAR 52.232-18, Availability of Funds, the Government's obligation under this contract is contingent upon the availability of funds from which payment for this task order's purposes can be made. No legal liability on the part of the Government for any payment may arise until funds are made available to the Contracting Officer for this task order and until the Contractor receives notice of such availability, to be confirmed in writing by the Contracting Officer.
