- The Space and Naval Warfare Systems Center (SPAWARSYSCEN) Atlantic, is interested in receiving information pertaining to mature technologies to intercept, collect, and reconstruct frequency agile communications. Primary area of interest is in tactical foreign military radios, both voice and data. Software-only solutions, in which specific hardware is not a requirement, are of particular interest. Technologies currently developed for specific hardware platforms that can be transitioned to hardware-agnostic systems will also be reviewed. Frequency ranges of interest are High Frequency (HF), Very-High Frequency (VHF), and Ultra-High Frequency (UHF). Once eligible products have been identified, additional information may be requested at a later date. All information received will be treated as public knowledge and may be used in program documentation, unless otherwise specifically marked. Specific information sought includes: 1.Company information, including name, address, and website; 2.A point of contact for follow-up information, and the point of contacts phone number and e-mail address; 3.Product name; 4.Frequency ranges covered; 5.Minimum and maximum hop rates covered; 6.Technology Readiness Level (TRL), as defined in the Technology Readiness Assessment Guidance, April 2011; and 7.TRL Supporting documentation/tests completed. The submitted information will be evaluated for potential for inclusion in future projects. Consequently, follow-up requests for feedback should not be made through the Federal Business Opportunities posting agency. Vendors may be contacted following submission for more detailed product information. Vendor provided information may be reformatted for publication in program documents.
