- Fillable Market Research Survey PDF Market Research Survey This is a Sources Sought Notice for a commercial acquisition. The Government does not intend to award a contract on the basis of this Notice or reimburse the costs incurred by potential sources in providing the information requested herein. Accordingly, the United States Coast Guard (USCG) is conducting market research determine potential sources interested and capable of providing Information Assurance and Cyber Security Training as detailed herein. The North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code is 611420, Computer Training. The small business size standard for this NAICS code is $10 million in average annual receipts. This is not a request for technical or cost proposals. All types of business concerns, large businesses, small businesses, and educational institutions are encouraged to response this sources sought announcement. The USCG requests information from potential sources that believe they have the capabilities necessary to perform all of the requirements as described in the Market Research Survey, attached herein, and based on assessment of Capabilities Questionnaire located at the end of this Sources Sought Notice. Information is requested to determine interest and capabilities of potential sources. The Government is assessing this effort to determine if it is appropriate for a total or partial small business program set-aside. Information provided in response to this Source Sought Notice will be used in this assessment. All businesses capable of providing the types of tasks described in the Market Research Survey are invited to respond by completing both the Market Research Survey and Company Capabilities Questionnaire. Any information provided by industry to the Government as a result of this Sources Sought Notice is voluntary and will not be released to the public. Respondents may elect to have their company point of contact information released in a future posting to promote dissemination of information for subcontracting purposes. Oral communications are not acceptable in response to this notice. Written replies to this posting must be submitted by email to Margaret J. Robinson at Margaret.J.Robinson@uscg.mil not later than 15 days from this posting. Replies are only acceptable via email. The Government will not pay for any information submitted in response to this posting nor will material provided be returned. The Government requests interested parties complete both the said Market Research Survey and Company Capabilities Questionnaire. Company Market Research Survey: (This document is attached to this Sources Sought Notice.) 1. Those sections in this Market Research Survey, which do not apply and/or you do not have experience, Insert Not Applicable in the "Responses/Comments" column of this Survey. 2. Respondents are asked to respond and complete in its entirety the attached market research survey. Company Capabilities Questionnaire: (Respondents are asked to respond to the following information.) 1. Provide the name of your company (including address, cage code and company URL address if available). 2. Provide the company point of contact by name (including telephone number and e-mail). 3. Provide your business size and NAICS code(s). 4. Technical Narrative/Capabilities Statement. Provide specific information on work your company has accomplished that is similar to the scope of work specified above. In the event your company has not accomplished similar work, provide details as to how you would plan on accomplishing the work. Responses to question 4 shall not be greater than one (1) page in total, Times New Roman, 12 pt font, 1 inch margins.
