SOURCES SOUGHT FOR JOINT TASK FORCE - NORTH COUNTER THREAT NETWORK TACTICS AND PROCEDURES THIS SOURCES SOUGHT NOTICE IS NOT A REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL. The solicitation number for this notice is W9124J-14-R-0032. This notice is a market research tool (FAR Part 10) being used to determine the potential firms capable of providing the services described herein prior to determining the method of acquisition and issuance of a Request for Proposal. Feedback is encouraged and appreciated. Mission Installation Contracting Command - Fort Sam Houston (MICC-FSH) is seeking information on sources to determine capability to provide non-personal services to provide program management, group exercise facilitation, and training of Counter Threat Network Tactics and Procedures in support of Southwest Border (SWB) Counter Transnational Organized Crime (C-TOC). Task Orders will be awarded for a projected 27 events commencing July 2014, in support of The Joint Task Force - North (JTF-N). The Government anticipates awarding an Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract with a minimum guarantee of the first task order for the first event. JTF-N supports our nations' federal law enforcement agencies in the identification and interdiction of suspected transnational threats within and along the approaches to the continental United States. This requirement shall provide all personnel, equipment, supplies, transportation, tools, materials, supervision, and other items and non-personal services necessary to perform Southwest Border (SWB) Counter Transnational Organized Crime (C-TOC) Working Group Events in the corridors (such as L.A. and San Diego Regional Command Mechanism, California, Arizona ACTT, NM/West Texas ACTT, South Texas Campaign, Caribbean Border Inter-Agency Group (CBIG) and North-East Support). The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) contemplated for this requirement is 541611, with a size standard of $14M. However, respondents may identify other potential NAICS codes and the reasoning to support the recommendation. This requirement is a follow-on requirement to W9124J-14-F-0011, a competitive award under the GSA Federal Supply Schedule to Dynamics Research Corporation. Since the current capabilities of industry, to include large and small businesses must be confirmed, all eligible large and small businesses are encouraged to respond. The Government is not obligated to and will not pay for any information received from potential sources as a result of this source sought notice. Respondents WILL NOT be notified of the results of this sources sought survey. If and when a solicitation is issued, it will be posted on www.fedbizopps.gov. It is the respondent's responsibility to monitor this site for the release of any synopsis or solicitation. INFORMATION REQUESTED TO BE SUBMITTED IN RESPONSE TO THIS SOURCES SOUGHT: Interested sources shall complete the attached market research questionnaire. It is requested that interested businesses submit to the contracting office the completed market research questionnaire (no more than 10 pages in length, single spaced, 12-point font minimum).
