Description

Sensitive But Unclassified Information Form Past Performance Questionnaire MEPS Fargo Design Intent Drawings Design-Build Scope of Work dated March 27, 2014 Offeror Reps and Certs Solicitation - Phase 1 Request for Qualifications This Solicitation is set-aside for Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Businesses, in accordance with FAR 19. The U.S. General Services Administration (GSA) is initiating a firm-fixed price contract for design-build services using a two-phase design-build selection procedure in accordance with FAR 36.3. The work includes design, demolition, and tenant-finish comprising approximately 15,500 square feet on the second floor and approximately 11,400 square feet on third and fourth floors within the Fargo Federal Building (defined herein). The second floor space will be utilized by the Department of Defense, Military Entrance Processing Station (MEPS) for processing military personnel. The third and fourth floor space will be for agencies displaced by the MEPS move to the second floor. This construction project will be comprised of elements such as demolition, potential minor asbestos abatement, historical building considerations, and general interior tenant finish.
