This sources sought notice is for information and planning purposes only and shall not be construed as a solicitation or as an obligation on the part of the Department of Veterans Affairs (VA). The VA is currently conducting market research to locate qualified, experienced, and interested potential sources. Responses will not be considered as proposals, nor will any award be incurred by interested parties in responding to this sources sought announcement. NMVAHCS requires Preventative Maintenance (PM) service for the Integra CUSA EXcel (EE# 50059, SN U7B27245). This ultrasonic tissue ablation system is utilized in the Operating Room (OR) when fragmentation, emulsification, and aspiration of tissue are desirable. These functions are typically required during neurosurgery, gastrointestinal, urological, plastic or reconstructive, general, orthopedic, gynecological, thoracic, laparoscopic, or thoracoscopic surgeries. Routine preventative maintenance is required to maintain equipment functionality and to ensure proper patient safety during delicate surgical procedures
