Description

The purpose of this modification to the solicitation notice is to provide interested contractors with the following information: 1) With regard to Section L.2.1, the minimum point size for graphics and tables is 11 point. All other text shall be 12 point. 2) With regard to Section L.4.2, Past Performance, each submitted past project/contract must correspond to an individual task order or stand-alone contract. The AOUSC will not accept an IDIQ contract, or a group of task orders issued from it, as one of the past performance projects. 3) Customer references should NOT submit a completed past performance questionnaire to the contracting officer, as the AOUSC will contact the customer reference to obtain their responses. The associated change to the questionnaire was made in Amendment 1, April 8. Customer references will be contacted by the AOUSC after May 7 to obtain their questionnaire responses. 4) Responses to the solicitation questions will be released on, or about, April 25. 5) The AOUSC will not be meeting separately or individually with firms to answer questions about the JMAS IV solicitation or related matters.
