Description

Questions and Answers: Question #1 : Page 5 of the solicitation indicates we must provide the SF1442 and the Agreement. Do we also provide the Agreement, Pages 1 to 25 (C101SAT) with the SF1442 when we submit our proposal? Answer #1 : No C101SAT does not need to be sent with the proposal. The Standard Form 1442 (first three pages of the solicitation) needs to be sent with the proposal. Question #2: The SF1442 does not have the Price breakdown shown Page 4 of C101SAT. Do we insert those lines/items if they apply on the 1442? Answer #2 : There is one line item where the contractor shall submit a total price on the Standard Form 1442. Question #3: Please explain what is required? Answer #3 : The price proposal consists of Standard Form1442 as the total amount and then, at a minimum, a breakdown of the labor, materials, profit, and overhead. Question #4 : Specific to Representations and Certifications as identified in Section IIE--Other Information to Submit with Proposal. If Section D applies as FAR 52.204-7 is called out, do we check 2(i) Paragraph (d) applies? Answer #4 : Yes Question 5: If we check that box do we simply copy these 4 pages and return them with our proposal? Answer #5 : Yes
