Description

This Market Survey concerns the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) Frequently Asked Questions/Help Desk Support The purpose for this market survey is to identify vendors that can provide the FAA Help Desk Services for Frequently Asked Questions, and provide the opportunity for users of the system to send questions to FAA knowledge experts if they do not find answers to their questions in the knowledge base. In addition to the knowledge base, FAA requires information and reports from the system that provides data on keyword searches, number of inquiries, number of inquiries handled through self-service, and data on the status of inquiries sent to the FAA knowledge experts for response. The FAA requires access to the system by the system administrator and 20 knowledge experts. The Statement of Work and details of the Market Survey are attached below.
