- wing access form new gate location This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.603, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation W912K6-14-T-2004 is being issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ) using Simplified Acquisition Procedures under FAR Part 13. This solicitation incorporates provisions and clauses for commercial items in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 05-72. This acquisition is being set-aside for small business concerns. The associated North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this acquisition is: 337215, small business size standard: 500 employees. The Maryland Air National Guard is requesting the purchase and install of the following items: CLIN 0001 MEN'S LOCKERS ROOM 98 each - Republic Heavy Duty 18"W x 21"D x 72"H with legs, closed base, slope top 16gauge bottoms, 14ga door, recessed handle, Coat rod and number plate. Color: Blue INSTALLED CLIN 0002 WOMEN'S LOCKERS ROOM 29 each - Republic Heavy Duty as above. 2 each - Republic Bench 5' x 9.25" with pedestals (match locker finish) Color: Blue INSTALLED A site visit will be held on 24 APR 2014 1 PM. Maryland Air National Guard 2701 Eastern Blvd Baltimore MD 21220. Entrance located on Lynbrook Rd. please see attached map. Vendors wishing to attend will be required to fill out the wing installation access form find attached and send back to 175WG.MSC@ANG.AF.MIL by 22APR2014. Bids will be due on 1 May 2014 send to the email- 175WG.MSC@ANG.AF.MIL.No faxes will be accepted. If you are quoting or equal items you must follow the requirements of FAR52.211-6 Brand Name or Equal. The full text of this clause may be accessed electronically at http://farsite.hill.af.mil/. The offer submittal shall list the item by manufacturer, part number, number of items being offered, and the product description as listed above. The offer shall list unit prices, total for each CLIN, and an overall totaled price. Delivery requirements: FOB Destination quotations are the only quotes that will be accepted. FOB origin offers will not be considered.
