Description

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation, quotes are being requested. Solicitation number VA263-14-Q-2706 is issued as a request for quotes (RFQ). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-72. The VA anticipates one award to a single company for all resources, tools, and labor necessary to complete the Carpet Removal, Prep, and Installation Services at the VA Nebraska-Western Iowa Health Care System. Additional requirements are listed within the attached solicitation document. A list of the contract line items, quantity, and unit of measure are listed within the attached solicitation document(s). Quotes are due to the Contracting Office by May 05, 2014 at 4:30 PM CST. Quotes are required to be emailed to Kelly.Nussbaum@va.gov prior to the solicitation closing date and time. It is the responsibility of the offeror to ensure their quote is received by the Contracting Officer before the solicitation closing.
