- RFQ HANDLING SERVICES SOLICITATION PACKAGE SF-1449 COVERING LETTER Department of State, NEA Posts, American Embassy Amman, Jordan. Please note that this solicitation is not ready to be issued as of this date. The requirement is for providing Ground Handling Services to the EAI Flight. The estimated number of flights per year is 144 flight. Please note these are only estimated quantities. The anticipated performance is for a base period of twelve months and four one-year periods at the option of the Government. All responsible sources may submit an offer, which will be considered. The solicitation will be issued via FedBizOpps. Note: The response date in this synopsis is not a firm date. Please see the RFQ for the actual date.
