- The wage determination document. The Statement of Work (SOW) document. The solicitation document. This solicitation is for the janitorial services at the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA) Estuarine Habitats and Coastal Fisheries Center (EHCFC) in Lafayette, LA (please reference the attached Statement of Work for the address). * PLEASE BE SURE TO ADDRESS ITEMS 1-10 LISTED ON PAGES 5-6 OF THE ATTACHED SOLICITATION DOCUMENT. Offerors or quoters are strongly encouraged to inspect the site where services are to be performed and to satisfy themselves as to all general and local conditions that may affect the cost of performance of the contract, to the extent such information is reasonably obtainable. In no event will a failure to inspect the site constitute grounds for a claim after award of the contract. This posting serves as a notice to all vendors that there will only be one (1) opportunity to perform a site visit. A SITE VISIT WILL ONLY BE OFFERED ON MONDAY, APRIL 21, 2014 AT 3:30 PM CT. Those interested in attending the site visit specified above should contact the Government contact point, John Foret, at john.foret@noaa.gov or 337-291-2107. All vendors who attend the site visit shall sign the attendance sheet provided by the Government contact point. No contractual questions will be answered on the site visit. Please direct all contractual questions to the Contracting Officer listed on this posting. Eastern Region Acquisition requires that all contractors doing business with the acquisition office must be registered with the System for Award Management (SAM). An award cannot be made unless the vendor is registered in SAM. For additional information, and to register in SAM, please access the following website: https://www.sam.gov/portal/public/SAM/ In order to register with SAM and to be eligible to receive an award from this acquisition office, all offerors must first have a Dun & Bradstreet (D&B) DUNS number.
