- Description
- The 5th Contracting Squadron intends to solicit competitively for Missile Alert Facilities (MAF) Refuse Services for Minot AFB, North Dakota. The contractor shall provide all management, personnel, labor, equipment, tools, materials, and other items and services necessary to perform refuse removal services for the MAFs at Minot AFB, ND. The Contractor shall perform in accordance with standards outlined in the Performance Work Statement. A Firm-Fixed Price Performance-Based contract will result from the solicitation, with services to commence on or about 1 October 2014 (subject to the availability of funds). The performance period of this contract shall consist of one base year and four (4) option years, for a total of five years. There is no guarantee that options will be exercised. This action is 100 percent set-aside for Small Business (SB) concerns. The applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 562111 with a small business size standard of $35,500,000. The entire solicitation will be made available on or about 5 May 2014, via the Federal Business Opportunities web page at https://www.fbo.gov/. No paper copies will be issued. Potential offerors are responsible for monitoring this site for release of the solicitation package and any amendments. To be eligible for contract award, offerors must complete Offeror Representations and Certifications and complete vendor registration on the System for Award Management (SAM) website at https://www.sam.gov/portal/public/SAM/ prior to submitting an offer.
