- SYNOPSIS This synopsis is being posted to the Federal Business Opportunities (FBO) page located at http://www.fbo.gov/ FBO is the single point of entry for posting of synopsis and solicitations to the internet. Please use FBO to access information posted by the NSWC Division Crane. Naval Surface Warfare Center (NSWC) Crane Division plans to enter into a commercial, Firm-Fixed Price (FFP) contract for a quantity of three (3) brand name only Photron Fastcam SA1.1 High Speed Video Imaging systems and accessories in accordance with (IAW) the performance specifications. The Photron Fastcam SA1.1 High Speed Video Imaging Systems and accessories are currently used in for the test and evaluation of Air Expendable Infrared Countermeasures (AEIRCMs) for PMA-272J. The Fastcam SA1.1 High Speed Video Imaging System is a sealed system capable of outdoor testing. It provides high-resolution, 1024x1024 images at 5,000 frames per second, low-resolution images at 500,000 frames per second and contains 64GB of onboard memory. The system shall contain PC Control Software, interchangeable mounting plates compatible with C- and F-mount lenses, remote keypad control with built-in LCD display, fiber optic to Gigabit Ethernet converters, 5-port Gigabit Ethernet switch, shielded cables, and a heavy duty tripod. Initial system set-up on-site to validate integration and functionality, a 2-year Manufacturer's Warranty for each system and operator's manual shall be included with each system. FOB Destination delivery will be 60 days after receipt of contract. The solicitation will be available on or about 12 MAY 2014. No hard copies of the solicitation will be mailed. All responsible sources may submit a capability statement, proposal, or quotation, which shall be considered by the agency. Offers must be submitted in the format specified by the solicitation. It is the responsibility of the offeror to submit offers to the POC at NSWC Crane.
