- Mission Installation Contracting Command - Knox intends to issue a request for quotations (RFQ) for laundry and dry-cleaning services in the Atlanta, Georgia area. This solicitation will be solicited as unrestricted; all responsible and responsive businesses may submit an offer for consideration. A firm fixed price purchase order will be awarded. NAICS 812320 (Size Standard: $5.0M) applies to this procurement. The RFQ will be posted to the Federal Business Opportunities website at http://www.fbo.gov on or about 18 April 2014 with offers due on or about 20 May 2014. These dates are subject to change. All amendments to the solicitation will be likewise posted on this website. Contractors are cautioned to check the website periodically for amendments. Solicitation mailing list will not be compiled and the RFQ and amendments will not be sent out in paper copy. All documentation can and must be downloaded from the website above. Anticipated award date will be on or about 05 June 2014. All contractors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) at www.sam.gov to be eligible for award of a contract. Faxed offers or amendments will not be accepted. All offers must be submitted in writing to Elizabeth Phelps via email at elizabeth.a.phelps14.civ@mail.mil.
