- Notice of Intent to Lease Space Using Other Than Full and Open Competition J&A NO - JA-RELD-14-0007 The United States Government intends to award a succeeding lease using other than full and open competition for an existing lease for the Transportation Security Administration that is expiring in Honolulu, Hawaii. The U.S. Government requires office and related space yielding a minimum of 2,200 rentable square feet of existing office space and 13 reserved parking spaces. The space must be located within 10 miles of the Honolulu, Hawaii Airport, be contiguous, all services, supplies, utilities, partitioning, and tenant alterations must be included as part of the rental consideration. The proposal under consideration is to proceed with a one year lease extension. The Government is interested in considering alternative space if economically advantageous, and that otherwise the Government intends to pursue a sole source acquisition. All offerors should be aware that the Government will consider the cost of moving, alterations, etc., when deciding whether it should relocate. WRITTEN EXPRESSIONS OF INTEREST MUST INCLUDE THE FOLLOWING: Building Name and Address, Rentable and Usable Square Footage, Fully Serviced Rental rate and Common Area Factor and Building Floor plans. CCR Requirement - Lessor/company must be registered in Central Contractor Registration (CCR) before an award can be made. If the lessor/company is not currently registered in CCR, they may do so by going to the CCR web site at http://ccr.gov. SUBMIT BY COB (5:00 pm) May 1, 2014 Submissions by other than the owner of a property must be accompanied by a letter from the owner granting permission to make a general offering of the space.
