Description

The USDA Forest Service has requirements to complete various types of Forestry Services for the National Forests of North Carolina (NFNC) Cheoah, Tusquitee, and Nantahala Ranger Districts. These requirements will be completed by means of a Multiple Award IDIQ Forestry Services Contract. The number of awarded IDIQ contracts will depend on the number of acceptable Offerors that respond to this solcitiation. This solicitation is set aside 100% for Small Businesses that are physically located within 75 miles of the Cheoah, Tusquitee and Nantahala Ranger Districts. All IDIQ awardees will be required to perform work, ordered on Task Orders on all 3 districts. The Solicitation will be posted NLT April 25,2014 All Offerors responding to this solicitation are required to have an active account in the System for Award Management (SAM) website and the NAICS code of 115310 must be reflected in their account. The prebid site visit meeting will be held on Tuesday, May 13, 2014 at 9:00am at the Tusquitee Ranger District office, located at 123 Woodland Drive, Murphy, NC.
