- This work effort is being solicited for all certified small business contractors under NAICS code 238310 with a size standard of $14.0M. The Naval Facilities Engineering Command, Mid-Atlantic is seeking all eligible service disabled veteran owned small business firms capable of completing the required installation of acoustical wall panel system in building 1000 at the Philadelphia Naval Business Center (PNBC) Philadelphia, PA..; RFP# N40085-14-Q-6724. Estimated contract value: Between $25,000 and $100,000. The successful Contractor will be required to submit the appropriate bonding information at time of award. The acquisition will be processed using procedures in accordance with FAR part 15. Description of Work: The project objective is for the Contractor shall provide all labor, material, equipment and supervision to install acoustical wall panel system. All work shall be performed in accordance with EM 385-1-1. Contractor shall comply with all federal, state and local regulations. This project has an expected Period of Performance of 75 days after contract award (this accounts for the 15 days for payment and performance bond submission). Solicitation Info: This will be a firm fixed price Construction type contract. All documents will be in the Adobe Acrobat PDF file format via the internet. The free Acrobat Reader, required for the PDF file, can be downloaded from the adobe website. The official access to the solicitation is via the internet and the address is http://www.neco.navy.mil. Contractors are encouraged to register for the solicitation when downloading from the Navy Exchange Commerce Online (NECO) website. Only registered contractors will be notified by e-mail when amendments to the solicitation are issued. In accordance with the provision found at FAR 52.204-7- System for Award Management Registration (August 2012) (DEVIATION), all potential offerors must be registered in the System for Award Management Registration (SAM) database. All contractors may obtain information on registration and annual confirmation requirements via the internet at https://www.sam.gov/portal/public/SAM.
