- The VA Long Beach Health Care System has a requirement for Loma Linda VA Medical Center to provide Stryker manufactured L9000 Light Led Source. Solicitation documents will be available April 15, 2014 at the following website: www.fedbizopps.gov. Procurement is an emergency request; solicitation will be posted for only three days. Offers will search solicitation VA262-14-0651 to access solicitation documents following clauses apply: VAAR 852.203.70, 852.233-70, 852.232-72, 52.219-14, 52.212-2, 52-212-3, 52-212-4, and 52-212-5, 52.209-5.
