Description

Notice of Intent to Sole Source Solicitation Number: VA701-14-Q-0166 The Department of Veteran Affairs (VA), Program Contracting Activity Central (PCAC) intends to solicit and negotiate directly with Michael Leiter & Associates LLC, 1288 Massachusetts Ave Arlington, MA 02476 for the procurement of services in support of the CREW and Burnout Assessment requirement under the authority of 41 U.S.C. 253(c)(1), as implemented by FAR 6.302-1: Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. DESCRIPTION OF REQUIREMENT: The purpose of this requirement encompasses obtaining an analysis and writing manuscripts pertaining to the Civility, Respect, and Engagement in the Workplace (CREW) Initiative. Further, outside insight is needed on optimal applications of the MBI-based assessment of burnout assessment to VA. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals.
