- Description
- This is a notice of intent that the government anticipates issuing a contract for engineering services and technical support for the ALR-56M Radar Warning Receiver which is installed on the F-16 and C-130J aircraft. The government intends to solicit and negotiate a fair and reasonable price in accordance with FAR 15 and FAR 6.302. This requirement will be sole source to BAE Systems, 100 Campus Rd, Totowa, NJ 07512, CAGE Code: 81413, NAICS Code: 541330, under authority 10 U.S.C 2304(C) (1), as implemented by FAR 6.302-1, Only One Responsible Source and No Other Supplies or Services Will Satisfy Agency Requirements. This will be 5 years total with a one year basic and 4 one year Option periods. Basic Period of Performance 12 months Engineering Services Option I Period of Performance 12 months Engineering Services Option II Period of Performance 12 months Engineering Services Option III Period of Performance 12 months Engineering Services Option IV Period of Performance 12 months Engineering Services All responsible sources may submit a capability statement, proposal, or quotation, which shall be considered by the agency.
