Description

The Department of Veterans Affairs, VISN 7 Network Contracting Officer, in Montgomery, Ala is amending the RFI to add the SOW that was omitted. The suggested sources are to provide Immunological Fecal Occult Blood Testing (IFOBT) by automated methodology. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code for this acquisition is 325413. Requested Information: (1) Statement of Capability: Submit a brief description (three pages or less) than show how your company can provide the Immunological Fecal Occult Blood Testing (IFOBT) but automated methodology. Include past experience in performing this service. Indicate your business size and soci-economic status: Indicate if your firm is certified Hub zone under 8(a) of the Small Business Act, Certified Service Disabled Veterans Owned Small Business (SDVOB) or Veteran Owned Small Business (VOSB). Include the Duns number of your firm. State whether your firm is registered in SAM (System for Award Management) or the VetBiz Registry. If not, please Note: any solicitation could only be awarded to a contractor who is registered in Sam and received award based on VOSB or SDVOSB status you must register in the VetBiz Registry. Is this item is available on FSS Schedule? If so, provide contract #. The Government does not intend to make award on the basis of this Sources Sought notice.
