- Description
- An Invitation for Bids (IFB) is being issued for two road reconditioning projects on the Mark Twain National Forest. The solicitation will consist of two bid items. Bidders will have the opportunity to bid on only one or may bid on both items. Item 1 - Forest Road 372 (McDaniel) is located on the Houston Ranger District in Pulaski County, Missouri. Item 2 - Forest Road 3213 (Wolf Mountain) is located on the Eleven Point Ranger District in Ripley County, Missouri. This project includes, but is not limited to, mobilization, placement of riprap, furnishing and placement of articulating concrete mats, furnishing and placement of pipe culverts, cleaning culverts, removal of pipe culvert, roadway reconditioning, and placement and grading of crushed aggregate as well as all related incidental work. This solicitation is 100% set-aside for small business concerns. The NAICS code for this project is 237310 with a size standard of $33.5 million. The Government's estimated price range for both items is between $500,000 and $1,000,000. All interested firms are advised that registration in the System for Award Management (SAM) database is required prior to award of a contract. There is no cost for registration in SAM when registration is completed on the official SAM website.
