Description
Responses to this Request for Information (RFI) are not considered offers and cannot be accepted by the Government to form a binding contract. This request is for market research (FAR Part 10) purposes to determine potential businesses capable of providing the product described herein. Respondents should note that the Government will not return any information submitted in response to this request. The Government is not responsible for any costs incurred by respondents providing information to this request. Respondents must submit capability statements that clearly define the firm's ability to perform the service stated. Responses must include the company name, address, business size, CAGE Code, DUNS number, TIN, and point-of-contact name, phone number, and e-mail address. The capability statement package may be sent by email to sabriya.f.mitchell.mil@mail.mil or mail to SSG Sabriya Mitchell, Contract Specialist, MICC-Fort Lee,1830 Quartermaster Road, Fort Lee, VA 23801. Submissions must be received no later than 2:00 p.m. ET on April 30, 2014. Questions or comments regarding this notice may be addressed to sabriya.f.mitchell.mil@mail.mil. The Quartermaster school Logistics Training Department has a requirement to develop a series of virtual 3D interactive scenarios visualizing the process involved with operating a supply room at the Sergeant level and to procure multiple efforts training program related to doctrine, education, exercise and assessment. Among these efforts is the development and deployment of training and educational tools for use by Logistics personnel in Joint and or Interagency environment. Scenarios will be Principles of Supply, Physical Security and Arms Room. The virtual supply room initiative will create a training environment where students can learn and practice approved procedures associated with performing supply management functions and proper execution of property accountability through a blended learning portfolio that incorporates a 3D virtual environment in the operational Army at a company/battalion/brigade level supply room. These efforts include development of virtual environment related to the Army Learning Model 2015.
