- Defense Logistics Agency - Aviation is soliciting adding various Sole Source Bell Helicopter Textron Inc., CAGE 97499 consumable NSNs to an Indefinite Quantity Contract (IQC) in support of the H-1, OH-58 and V-22 aircraft mission under solicitation SPE4A5-14-R-0601 and SPE4A5-14-R-0730. These items will be DLA Direct only. The NSNs will require delivery and fill rate metrics. Terms are FOB Origin with Inspection and Acceptance at Origin. This notice was posted under synopsis SPRPA1-11-R-002Y-4. "Surplus dealers and small business dealers and distributors having existing stocks of surplus or newly manufactured material are invited to respond to this synopsis. The response should include a completed surplus certificate, DLAD 52.211-9000, Government Surplus Material, or adequate traceability documentation to show product is acceptable. In addition, respondents should identify quantity available and price. DLA will consider all such responses and may alter the acquisition strategy if purchase of existing surplus or newly-manufactured inventory is in the best interests of the government. It is the government intent to use a letter solicitation format to the sole source Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM); therefore, if any non-OEM source is interested in any of the NSNs, please notify the Contracting Officer prior to the solicitation closing date of 26 March 2014. Solicitation number changed to SPE4A5-14-R-0730.
