- Security Clearance Requirement The purpose of this amendment is to upload attachment J.3. - Security Clearance Requirement. The purpose of this amendment is to provide the attendees list for the Site Visit held on March 20, 2014 at the White Oak Campus. Proposals remain due April 16, 2014, 3:00 PM Estern Standard Time The purpose of this amendment is as follows: 1. Update the solicitation as follows: a. IV. Attachments - Added Attachment J.7 - White Oak O&M Contract Equipment List with Manufacturers. Added Attachment J.8 - BSL 3 Inventory List. b. Top of Page 49, second bullet - Changed Proposed Team Structure, Staffing and Individual Qualifications of Key Personnel and Lead Craftsmen to Proposed Team Structure, Staffing and Individual Names and Qualifications of Key Personnel and Lead Journeyman c. Page 40 - The following key personnel was added to HHSAR 352.242-70 - Assistant Chief Engineer, Project Manager, Quality Control Manager, Safety Manager, and Journeyman. d. VI.1.4 Proposal Instructions - D - Relevant Past Performance Instructions - Due date for questionnaire has been changed from March 26, 2014, 5:00 p.m. Eastern Standard Time to April 11, 2014, 5:00 p.m. Eastern Standard Time. e. VI.1.3 Submission of Proposals - Due date changed from April 4, 2014, 3:00 p.m. eastern standard time to April 16, 2014, 3:00 p.m. Eastern Standard Time. 2. Update the Statement of Work as follows: a. Section 4 - 4.1.8 - is deleted in its entirety. b. Section 1.6.2 - changed the number of days for submission of the Preventive Maintenance Schedule from 30 days to 45 days. c. Section 1.6.7 - changed from Manufacturing Representative to Manufacturer Authorized Vendor. 3. Responses to questions submitted. Note no more questions will be accepted 4. Though the solicitation reflects a start date of April 17, 2014, this date will be adjusted prior to award. The Food and Drug Administration has a continuing requirement to provide all management, supervision, labor, materials, equipment, repair parts and services necessary to perform the full range of operational and maintenance support as defined in this Statement of Work (SOW) at 10903 New Hampshire Avenue, Silver Spring, MD 20993-0002. The Contractor shall plan, schedule, coordinate and ensure effective and economical completion of all work and services specified in this solicitation and statement of work.
