Description

The Department of Veterans Affairs, NCO8 VA Caribbean Healthcare System, San Juan, Puerto Rico intends to negotiate a commercial (FAR Part 12) sole source contract with Turn-Key Technologies, INC, 2500 main Street Extension Suite 10 Sayreville, NJ 08872, under the authority of FAR 6.302-1 only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. This action is for the procurement of pagers Maintenance Services. Support includes hardware repairs on paging transmitters, encoders, voice pagers and alphanumeric pagers, as well as unlimited telephone support for above related systems for the VA Caribbean Healthcare System. No solicitation package is available. Interested persons may identify their capability to respond to these requirements by April 17, 2014 10:00AM Caribbean/Puerto Rico. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract action based on responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement.
