- Lease award recommendation which represents the best value to the Government is to award a lease to Northwinds Development, Inc for 3,600 rentable square feet (rsf) yieding 3,335 useable square feet of space for a five (5) year term with one five (5) year renewal option. This lease will incorparate the clauses for tax and operationg costs to be adjusted annuallywill reflect as in increase/decrase in the rental rate. The Lessor is responsible for providing the proper documentation for adjustments to occur.
