Description

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items/services prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and only an electronic solicitation will be issued. Request for Proposal (RFP) number is VA258-14-R-0416. The Government contemplates award of one (1) contract resulting from this solicitation. This acquisition is for the procurement of maintenance and repair services for a Sterrad Sterilizer at the Amarillo VA HCS. See the attached solicitation for full details of contract requirements. Anticipated period of performance is one (1) year with two (2) one-year option years. ANTICIPATED AWARD DATE: The contract is expected to be awarded on or before May 1, 2014. Offerors are advised to review 52.212-1 Instruction to Offerors and 52.212-2 Evaluation, clauses in the solicitation for instructions to offerors and evaluation criteria.
