- Amendment #2: The purpose of this amendement is to correct the email address for Richard Washington. Please resubmit responses by the new close date (Friday, April 18, 2014 @ 11:00 am) Submission Information. This notice does not constitute a commitment by the Government. All information submitted in response to this announcement is voluntary, and the Government will not pay for information requested nor will it compensate any respondent for any cost incurred in developing information provided to the Government. Washington Headquarters Services, Acquisition Directorate (WHS/AD) is conducting market research to determine if there are qualified, interested, and capable vendors able to provide the Office of the Secretary of Defense Reserve Affairs management consulting services in accordance with the attached Statement of Objectives. The capability to provide all of the objectives and capability questions will be evaluated solely for the purpose of determining potential vendors for a Request for Quote (RFQ) submitted under the North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code 541611. Please provide short statements regarding the companies' ability to demonstrate existing-or-developed expertise and experience in relation to the objectives specified herein. Any commercial brochures or currently existing marketing material may also be submitted with the Capabilities statement. Submissions of capability statement(s) are not a prerequisite to any potential future offerings, but participation will assist in tailoring requirements to be consistent with industry capabilities. This synopsis is for information and planning purposes only and is neither to be construed as a commitment by the Government nor will the Government pay for information solicited.
